We collect the following information when you choose to sign up to our mailing list:
– Contact information including name, postcode and email address. 

What we do with the information we gather once you have 'opted in'

– We will periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Marketing

Your name and email address will be collected and added to our mailing list only if volunteered to us by you on the newsletter sign up form or if you click the relevant box on our contact form to 'opt in'. You have a right at any time to update your preferences and remove yourself from the mailing list – you can find details below.

Our email marketing also has tracking which allows us to see where subscribers are located, how many times emails are opened, which links are used and whether the email has been shared.

There is an unsubscribe link in the footer at the bottom of all marketing emails, simply click the link and you will be unsubscribed from all mailing lists but your details will remain in our system.

Go to hixart.co.uk/forget-me and complete the form. Please note this is a manual process so one of the team will be in touch with you once the request has been completed. Should you require additional evidence of this removal there may be a small admin fee to pay.
